Complete the Candidate Registration Form

This must be done at least 1 month prior to the assessment taking place .

 

  • Enter each candidate’s details
  • Enter the syllabus and level
  • Enter the date of the assessment
  • Complete a Reasonable Adjustments Form for any candidate who has special educational needs including dyslexia, disabilities or temporary injuries (not necessary for Entry Level Foundation exams which are purpose designed) 
  • If there is more than 1 assessor indicate that the candidate is in Group 1, 2 or 3 etc.
  • Email the completed form to names@esbuk.org

If you prefer, fax the form to us on 01695 228 003 or return it by post.

Final paperwork will be emailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to the assessment taking place and will contain all your assessor details.

Contact your assessors one week prior to the assessment taking place to confirm arrangements
