Replacement Certificates If any former candidate requires a replacement certificate please complete, and send to ESB, the Replacement Certificate Request Form (pdf), including as much of the requested information as possible, along with a cheque made payable to: English Speaking Board (International) Ltd, for the amount of £20.00 per certificate.
